• Ongoing support and site edits (if subscribed to a maintenance plan) We use tools like Durable, Calendly, Tidio, Crisp, and Stripe to help deliver services — these are third-party tools, and we do not own or develop them.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made in full before service begins unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly maintenance services are billed automatically.

• We do not offer refunds once work has started unless we fail to deliver the promised service.

• If you are unhappy with a service, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Privacy & Safety We do not collect or store sensitive customer information like credit card details. All payments are processed through trusted platforms like Stripe. We will never share your personal or business data with anyone. 

5. Limitations We are not responsible for:

• Loss of business due to website downtime or third-party service failures

• Security breaches related to third-party tools or services

• Client-side errors such as forgetting login info or changing settings incorrectly Our services are designed to be helpful but are not enterprise-level or custom-coded.

6. Communication All project communications should be handled through email, SMS, or agreed-on platforms. We do not provide 24/7 support, but we aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
